Estimates are provided after we review your project, are valid for the period stated on the estimate, and are subject to site conditions, measurements, permitting, and material availability.

4. Warranties & the work agreement

Any workmanship or product warranties, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms, and change- order procedures for your project are described in your written estimate, work order, or service agreement — not on this website. Manufacturer warranties on materials or products are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.
