When you fill out the consultation-request form on our site, or call, text, or email us, we collect the information you choose to share. Through the form this includes:

When we perform work for you, we also collect the information needed to do the job — for example, the project address, site details, and estimate and invoice records.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit — in its server logs, which we use to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use it

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule an in-home consultation;
• Prepare estimates and provide construction and remodeling services;
• Communicate with you about your project, invoices, and support;
• Operate, maintain, and secure our website; and
• Comply with the law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

4. Cookies & analytics

This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or retargeting trackers, and it does not set marketing cookies. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google’s servers to do this, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Because there is no industry-standard response, we do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers who work on our behalf, including Resend (which delivers the email from our website form to us), Vercel (website hosting and server logs), and Google (web fonts).

We use reasonable technical measures — including HTTPS encryption and a spam/bot filter on our form — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted to us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
